apparel industry. CAF brings together leading Canadian firms from across the industry
and provides valuable information and services in areas such product safety, customs
and trade, product development, and supply-chain management. 

The Fashion Industry's Metropolitan Cluster (mmode)

mmode is a non-profit organisation with the mission of bringing together players of Québec’s fashion industry, including from its four main pillars: designers, manufacturers, wholesalers-distributors and retailers. mmode also has the mandate to create business and innovation synergies, and so contribute to improving the competitiveness and growth of this ecosystem.

The fashion and design festival – August 20th to the 25th, 2018

The Montreal Fashion and Design Festival, which attracts close to 500,000 visitors a year, is the largest outdoor fashion and design event in North America.  Organized and produced by Groupe Sensation Mode, this highly glamorous event serves up a varied program that brings together the leading international labels, a host of renowned designers, exciting musical performances, design in real time, and countless special events, all in a decidedly unique ambiance.

By supporting the initiatives of Apparel Quebec, the Ministry of Economy, Science and Innovation contributes to the enhancement of the corporate interests of the Quebec fashion industry, and this is achieved by implementing services and activities that allow them to stand out in this highly competitive sector.
